Orders

When you place an Order with Ida Bakery and Bistro, will confirm your order by sending you a confirmation email containing the Order receipt. Where applicable, Orders will include order details and delivery fees.

Minimum Order Value

We require a minimum order value (“MOV”) before an Order can be placed and delivered to you. Where an applicable Order fails to meet the MOV, you will have the option of adding more Goods to your Order.

Delivery Time

Ida Bakery and Bistro shall deliver your Order to the delivery address provided by You by courier. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you in your email confirmation but delivery times shall vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.). You acknowledge that the delivery time we provide is only an estimate and Orders may arrive earlier or later. To ensure that you do not miss the delivery of an Order, you should ensure that either you or someone is at the delivery location to receive the Order once an Order is placed.

Our delivery schedule is as following For Cakes/ pastries/ breads orders within Dubai & Fujairah please allow for 24 hours lead time, as for the rest of emirates lead time should be no less than 48 hours.

Our delivery schedule Bread subscription is every Sunday between 3pm- 8pm

All international shipments will be made within 7 to 10 days from submitting your order.

Return, Cancellation, and refund policy

Under no circumstances will it be permitted to have any of the delivered orders returned. Orders can only be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to the expected delivery date as for Bread subscription Orders, those need to be cancelled with a notice of 72 hours prior to the delivery date. If an order is not cancelled, payment will be charged as per the agreed recurring payment. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.

No-show Cancellations

If you remain uncontactable or fail to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time the Order arrives at your delivery address, Ida Bakery and Bistro reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or remedy to you.

Wrong Order, Missing Items, Defective Goods

Upon receipt of your Order, if you discover that there are issues with your Order (e.g. wrong order, defective order, or missing items) please contact customer support via email at hello@idabakery.ae or contact us through call +971 50 266 2493 Fujairah branch and  +971 50 636 2426 for Dubai. In some cases, Ida Bakery and Bistro may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your Order. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will compensate you for your Order or parts of your Order.

  • “IDA BAKERY LLC” operates and maintains the website https://idabakery.ae/.
  • IDA BAKERY LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates, and UAE local laws govern all aspects of its operations. Any disputes related to IDA BAKERY LLC’s services will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Fujairah.
  • IDA BAKERY LLC accepts Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards denominated in AED as payment methods.
  • IDA BAKERY LLC adheres to UAE law and do not engage in trade or provide services to individuals or entities on the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions list or sanctioned countries.
  • Minors, or website users under the age of 18, are not permitted to register or conduct transactions on the website.
  • Cardholders are advised to retain copies of transaction records and familiarize themselves with our merchant policies and rules.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
