How should I store and handle my products?
Sourdoughs Bread, Loafs, and Focaccias, keep in a closed container for up to 3 days; or for better conservation freeze sliced for up to 30 days; remove desired amount at a time, wait 30 minutes at room temperature to unfreeze, toast for best result; Consume immediately.
Baguette, Croissants, and Danish; We recommend consumption on the same day.
Jam and Spreads after opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
Hot Sauce, after opening keep up to 7 days at room temperature or refrigerated until the date recommended on the label.
Dried products Like Sable Cookies Madeleine, Granola, Coconut Macarons; Sourdough Cracker, Tapioca Crackers, Olive oil, Balsamic, Honey, Zaatar, and Sumac, keep at room temperature and follow the expiration date on the label.
Do you have any products that are Vegan?
All our Sourdoughs, White Bread Loaf, Brown Bread, Seeds Breads, Baguette, Focaccia, Cold Brew Chocolate Cake, Sourdough Crackers, Tapioca Crackers, Jams, Peanut Butter, Pistachio Butter, Zaatar, Sumac, Olive oils, and Balsamic are Vegan products.
What is the best way to place a custom order?
The best way to begin the order of a custom order is to email us at hello@idabakery.ae and include details such as, what item(s) you are interested in ordering, the date you would need it for, what flavor(s) you would like (if applicable), how many people you will be serving with it, if there is a theme or color scheme you would like it fit, and any inspiration photos you may have that you’d like us to reference. From here, we will produce a quote for you and send it back to you in a timely manner. We can also give you options if you are unsure of what will fit into your budget or if you are unsure of exactly what you’d like included in your order. After we finalize the details of your order, you can stop in the store or call to make a 50% deposit to guarantee it. We will not consider your inquiry an official order until a 50% deposit is made.

You can always stop into our store to discuss your order as well however, pricing and designing custom orders is a very specific skill and though most of our staff is able to provide basic pricing, they are not all able to help you finalize an order. Please check these too.
What are your most popular cake flavors?
All our cakes are popular because we made them think about different flavors and textures, prioritizing the quality of ingredients and freshness.
What is the best way to store and serve my cake?
Our Cakes are delivered fresh and ready to serve; if not consumed immediately, keep refrigerated until serving, (it can be kept in the original package for up to 24 hours) leftover cake must be kept in closed containers and kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days from the moment of receipt.
How many people do your cakes?
We have cakes with 8 slices (Homestyle Carrot Cake, Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Honey Cake, Cold Brew Chocolate Cake, Black Forest Cake, and Cakes with 6 Slices Strawberry Jelly Roll, Baklava Creme Brule Tart.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do delivery with the below details.
- For Cakes/ pastries/bread:
- Dubai & Fujairah: 24 hours
- Rest of Emirates: 48 hours
- Bread subscription: Deliveries are made every Sunday between 3 pm- 8 pm
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is 50 AED with a 200 AED order limit.
What ingredients do you use?
The ingredients are different depending on the product, you can find details and allergens in the description of each product.
